3. Ownership and equal treatment

Anand Inc. owns and runs AnandOS and is also an authorised distributor selling on it. To avoid any clash with other distributors, AnandOS follows a one brand, one seller rule: a brand sold by Anand Inc. cannot be listed by any other seller, and Anand Inc. does not list any brand that another seller already holds. The brands Anand Inc. sells today are RR Kabel / RREL, Premier Aquatech, Vankon, Polysure and CRI Pumps.

Our written commitments to every seller:

• Your data stays yours. Another seller, including the operator's own store, never sees your prices, trade prices, buyers, orders, enquiries or reports. Operator staff open a seller's records only to verify documents, give support you asked for, settle a dispute or meet a legal duty.
• One brand, one seller. Each brand is sold on AnandOS by one seller only, so no two sellers, including the operator, compete on the same brand. A brand is reserved for the first verified seller that holds its authorisation.
• Same rules for all. Every store, including the operator's own store, follows the same Seller Agreement, verification, return rules and dispute process.
• Fair search. Search results are ordered by relevance to what the buyer searched, never by who owns the store. Any featured or promoted place on the home page is chosen by AnandOS and is shown as such.
• Your buyers are not taken away. AnandOS does not use one seller's buyer list to market another seller's products.

4. What happens after a buyer orders

1. A registered buyer adds products to the cart and accepts the seller's return and delivery policy.
2. The seller confirms stock and sends the final bill. If anything changes, the buyer approves it on WhatsApp or in My Account.
3. The seller dispatches by its own vehicle, transport, courier or Shiprocket. Dispatch details and tracking go to the buyer on WhatsApp and are saved in the order record.
4. The buyer pays the seller directly. Payments are recorded in the order, with proof if the buyer uploads it.
5. Problems are reported within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video; the seller replies, and AnandOS steps in if needed.
6. Every step is kept in a permanent order record that the buyer, the seller and AnandOS can see.

Who are we signing with?

Anand Inc., Jaipur, through the online Seller Agreement you accept when you register. Details are in section 1.

How many buyers are active?

AnandOS opened in October 2026, so the network is still small and growing. We do not show inflated numbers. On request we share up-to-date, anonymised counts of registered buyers, orders and enquiries by category and district, and every seller sees its own orders and results in Seller Central.

What is free today, and what may cost money later?

Registration, listing and selling are free. There are no lead fees, no commission and no automatic billing. If a fee is ever introduced, it will be announced in advance in writing and you can leave free of charge if you do not agree (Seller Agreement).

Will I compete with other sellers, or with the operator, on the same brand?

No. AnandOS follows a one brand, one seller rule: once a brand is approved for a seller, no other seller can list it, and that includes Anand Inc. AnandOS also does not sell leads; every order goes only to the seller of that brand.

Which brands are already taken?

Anand Inc. sells RR Kabel / RREL, Premier Aquatech, Vankon, Polysure and CRI Pumps. When you add a brand in Seller Central, AnandOS tells you at once if it is already held by another seller.

Who invoices, delivers and handles returns and warranty?

The seller. It sells, invoices, delivers and handles returns and warranty under its own published policy, which can never be weaker than the AnandOS standard policy. See the Returns policy and Delivery proof policy.

Who bears damage in transit, and how are sellers protected from false claims?

The seller arranges delivery, so it replaces or credits goods damaged in transit and claims from its own courier or transporter. Sellers are protected from false claims: a buyer's claim for damaged, wrong or missing items needs an unboxing video, and a seller's packing video and handover proof are used to settle disputes. How is my and my buyers' data protected?

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as set out in our Privacy Policy. A buyer's details reach a seller only when that buyer orders from it.

Can I leave at any time? What happens to my data?

Yes. You can pause or remove your listings at any time in Seller Central, and ask us on WhatsApp or e-mail to close your store and send you a copy of your listings, orders and order records. Open orders must still be completed. Records are kept only as long as the law and our Privacy Policy require.

Can I try it small first?

Yes, and we recommend it. Start with 20 to 30 fast-moving products in the districts you serve, watch your orders in Seller Central for 30 days, then add more.

6. What AnandOS does not do

• We do not collect, hold or settle buyers' payments.
• We do not promise any seller a guaranteed number of orders or sales.
• We do not sell buyer contact details or leads.
• We do not ask for any payment to join or to stay listed.
