Buyer unboxes
One continuous video from the sealed box to every item.
1. Seller — packing video (every order)
- Record one continuous video showing: the order number / invoice on screen or paper; each product with its label, model and serial number (where printed); the quantity being counted; the products going into the box; the box being sealed with tape; and the shipping label being stuck on.
- For high-value items (pumps, heaters, appliances, large cable coils) also photograph serial numbers and use branded or tamper-evident tape.
- Keep packing videos for at least 60 days and upload them to the request when a buyer raises a problem.
- Without a packing video, a seller may not be able to defend a missing-item or wrong-item claim.
2. Delivery partner — handover proof
Delivery is arranged by the seller, using its own staff or a transport / courier partner of its choice. That partner works for the seller, not for AnandOS. At handover the delivery person should:
- check that the package is sealed and undamaged; if not, record it and let the buyer refuse or note it;
- take a photo of the package at the delivery address;
- get the buyer's name and signature on the delivery receipt (or the buyer's confirmation on WhatsApp);
- never open, repack or leave the package with an unknown person without the buyer's consent.
Open-box delivery (optional): for costly items, the seller and buyer may agree that the package is opened in front of the delivery person, with both recording a short video. If the item is wrong or damaged, the buyer refuses it on the spot.
3. Buyer — unboxing video (required for claims)
- Before opening, start recording. Show the sealed package from all sides and the shipping label / order number.
- Open it on camera without cutting the video; show every item, its label / model and the quantity.
- If something is damaged, wrong or missing, keep recording to show it clearly, then stop.
- Upload the video in My Account → Report a problem within 48 hours of delivery.
- No unboxing video means a claim for damaged, wrong or missing items cannot be accepted. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled separately under the brand warranty.
4. What AnandOS does with the evidence
Videos and photos are stored securely and are visible only to the buyer, the seller of that order and AnandOS's complaint team. They are used only to settle that request and to stop fraud, and are kept as described in our Privacy Policy. Edited, borrowed or misleading videos are treated as fraud.
